Short- and Long- Memory issues?
Does anyone have any useful tips on working with children with short- and long-term memory issues? My girls both have those issues, along with processing deficiencies. I experienced those issues with my son; however, those specific issues kind of worked themselves out somewhat when we remediated his dyslexia, so I don't really know what works best for momory, alone. I am SO very excited that I am now able to homeschool my 10 year old son, Julian. I was homeschooled as a child and believe that it is such a wonderful thing for the whole family. My son has attended public schools for the past few years and my husband and I are not impressed with how things go on in the school system.
